- Creation of Knowledge management infrastructure to enable continuous growth.
- Assist Manager in writing project proposals and project documentation pertaining to development.
- Work very closely with the Manager providing input and tried/tested methods of development issues resolution.
- Using a variety of technical design flow diagrams, along with written specifications; manage applications development teams.
- Use MS Project for managing and implementing Technology Project Management efforts. Further, use MS Project to plan, track, and monitor multiple and varied development activities at an enterprise level.
- Need superior client communications and customer service skills, along with the ability to communicate at the Executive level through structured interview sessions, to capture business objectives and define business needs.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of the following technologies JBOSS, J2EE, CMM, SDLC, and WebMethods integration
- Plus: Oracle Admin., Visual Basic
- Must have 3 years of experience in information technology consulting environment, of those years at least 2 years focused on technical code development and technical architecture.
Work Experience
3 years overall experience with the following:
- 2 years in data applications development
- 2 years data analysis
- 1 year project management
