Responsibilities :
Perform resource planning for the team;
Provide technical input for quotation;
Enforce know how transfer and set up of lab competence;
Ensure adequate trainings, tools and standards;
Ensure the correct implementation of customer requirements in projects;
Identify new development methods and make use of group standards;
Support audits;
Ensure state of the art engineering by using suitable technology/methods and following defined standards;
Keep regular contact with other project departments involved;
Support communication of the team with all engineering departments;
Presentation of the test results and findings to the development team and to the customer;
If necessary, test support on site with the customer.
Requirements :
University degree in a relevant specialization;
Several years of experience in the area of “automotive electronics”;
Excellent English language skills;
Medium knowledge of German language (written and spoken);
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
Ability to lead, to motivate and balance a team;
Ability to work under pressure;
Ability to clarify and proactively solve problems;
Extensive knowledge of test concepts, test strategies and validation;
Experience in the handling of test equipment and tester build;
Knowledge of automotive network-systems functionality;
Knowledge of hardware/software interfaces;
Willingness to attend job training in Germany for several months.
