Main purpose: Participate to the full Wimax System Integration Phase for new releases of Wimax access service network for telecom or O&M part. Based on system specifications analysis, the goal of this activity is to validate all the system behavior: configuration management, software replacement, extension/ reduction/reconfiguration of the network, specific O&M features. All these tasks are mainly focused on OMC-R subsystem and need to have a good view of a real mobile radio network management, for O&M part and IP plus test protocol on the different interfaces, performances, specific telecom features, for telecom part.
Key responsabilities:
· Analysis of system specifications
· Participation to final integration test phase at sub-system level with different development centers
· Preparation of test plan and test description
· Preparation of tools and tests scenery
· Run tests on dedicated test beds on real configuration
· Results analysis; description of fault reports; feedback with designers; tests of corrections
· Management of fault reports coming from customer during maintenance phase
· Validation of methods (installation, commissioning) with method team
· Validation of customer documentation
THE POSITION IS AVAILABLE IN TIMISOARA.
- Technical university degree
- Knowledge of telecom protocols, IP and networking, TCP/UDP, VoIP
- Basic knowledge in software technology: basic tools on PC, Unix/Linux
- English - advanced level (read, write, speak)
