RESPONSABILITATI

Context of the position:
Within the Global Procurement & Sourcing organisation, the Procurement Process & Systems (PP&S) function aims to drive the global standardization of procurement processes and systems for the global user groups. To this end, one of the responsibilities of the PP&S team is to define, document and deploy (in coordination with IT) those systems and processes globally and to provide user support during and after the implementation phase.

Mission: Leverage usage of strategical Corporate Procurement tools or Supply Chain portal solutions, manage user profile and access rights, ensure compliancy with security rules, manage and supervise access of 3rd parties to Corporate tools, manage alert processes to the user communities, provide 1st level systems usage support, ensure consistent and timely reporting data availability, analyze and report trends in tools usage, track, analyze and report systems performance KPI’s.

Key activities:
• Corporate support function and direct contact for system users
• Build a strong working relationship with user community and provide support for usage problems
• Define and manage user roles in the different applications, ensure proper content security rules
• Create functional specification for enhancements in collaboration with PP&S Front Office
• Manage issues, document, escalate as appropriate and ensure resolution either through process change/tool adjustment or through IT break/fix funnel (IT helpdesk and related tools).
• Establish control mechanism to manage access rights and ensure timely updates
• Manage user licences processes related to Corporate systems as needed
• Work with IT as appropriate for solutions or enhancements testing, data validation and correction, user acceptance testing
• Work with Front Office and Key users for global solutions deployments and users training
• Anticipate future needs of end-users related to supported applications and initiate activities to close gaps before issues arise
• Support proper usage of Reporting tools and ensure availability and consistency of contents
• Supervise the systems availability and push actively information to the users groups
• Create user guides and provide input to technical process descriptions
• Maintain and update website contents
• Ensure regular statistics and KPI reports and analysis to stakeholders


CERINTE

Prerequisites for the position:
- Engineering or degree in information systems
- 3-4 years experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or IT application support
- Business analysis and report generation

Profile:
- Very good understanding of Systems landscapes and Systems procedures
- Experience with Microsoft and Oracle tools, relational databases, SAP
- Ability to grasp complex issues, even in circumstances where there is incomplete or conflicting information, or conflicting views expressed by those involved
- Good understanding of the business processes related to systems usage
- Ability to communicate with users in their “language” and with IT in technical language
- Strong work ethic and willingness to deliver high level of customer service
- Fluent usage of Microsoft Office products
- Experience in Website management
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written

- Flexibility in terms of working time bandwidth

Languages: fluent English oral and written is mandatory. Any other European language – especially French - is a plus.
