- quick respond to technical problems reported by monitoring system, users or assigned to you by over the helpdesk ticketing system
- troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems onsite or remotely, at our datacenter
- administration and maintenance of our office IT infrastructure including VoIP infrastructure
- install and configure new hardware
- management of virtualization on LINUX environment and windows deployment service
- storage management in Linux environment, capacity planning
- backup administration, documentation and reporting
- offer support for CI environment: Subversion, Jenkins, Bamboo
- assist QA team with the infrastructure in our QA Lab
- assist different teams troubleshooting problems on production environment machines
- deliver technical solutions to teams and assist them on projects as necessary
- manage purchases of new hardware
- perform systems audits for performance, security and capacity
- document IT operations
- master the Linux/UNIX operating systems: installation, configuration and administration
- Linux storage management, network configuration, virtualization, troubleshooting,
- good knowledge of Windows operating system and Active Directory environment
experience with Active Directory - user management, policy enforcement, security
- good knowledge of common network protocols, TCP/IP routing, VLAN administration and security
- DNS, DHCP administration
install, configure and manage application servers: Apache, Tomcat, Glassfish
- CI environment administration is a plus: Subversion, Bamboo, Jenkins
- desktop and servers hardware knowledge
- knowledge of Mac OS X is preferred but not mandatory
- scripting knowledge: bash, perl. python is a plus
- Nagios and Cacti management is a plus

- ability to learn fast new technologies and be highly adaptive to a changing environment
- must be able to work without permanent supervision and take decisions on its own in critical situations
- task focused and organized
- good communication skills; must be able to explain technical problems in a user friendly way
- able to be part of periodical on-call rotation and occasionally after-hour work
