Participate in first off campaigns onsite
Validate new tool versions
Give support for tool users onsite and remote
Communicate with tool users to understand the needs and develop ideas of future features
Perform trainings on tool installation and usage
Understanding the technology behind (GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, WiMAX, …)

Automations & Computers Faculty or Computer Science Faculty degree
Computer skills:
.NET Software development platform
C, C++ ,COM, C#, Java, …
Databases (SQL, Oracle, MS ACCESS, …)
MS Office Applications
OOP Architecture & design knowledge
Knowledge in Mobile Communications technologies is a plus
English – advanced level
Willingness to travel abroad on demand
Ability to give commitments and take responsibility
Be innovative and flexible
Ready to work in a highly dynamical environment
Project management skills is a plus
