Responsabilitati
- Programming of online questionnaire based on the word documents provided by the client: this includes survey creation, setting filters and quotas, managing languages, exporting and reporting
-Follow up with internal and external resources
- Able to refine and further develop current survey programming standards and policies
- Define the details related to the survey programming, like plan, time line, resource required and potential roadblock
- Maintain and improve Ciao Service and Operations quality standards
- Be flexible and proactive in providing the best solutions for the client
Cerinte
Requirements:
You have graduated from University or your already have work experience in the market research environment, programming and/or web development. Ideally you have/you are:
- Some knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is required
-Ajax, Jscript, XML and a language for dynamic web development (asp, .net, php, jsp, flash, actionscript) is a strong advantage
- Proficient with MS-Office (Microsoft Word and Excel)
-Time management and priorities management are essential
-Good organizational skills and the ability for multitasking
-Good English and German language skills, spoken and written are required.
