RESPONSABILITATI

1. Provide technical leadership to the group of assigned fitters and other employees, co-coordinating activities
2. Responsible for Central Spare Parts/Consumables storage.
3. Maintain in good condition workshop machinery and equipment stored in warehouse
4. Setting an example thorough behavior, personal values, knowledge, energy and actions
5. Assigning tasks to the team members according to planned activities and actual needs
6. Create an environment oriented to open communication, creative thinking and teamwork.
7. Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team and to achieve expected performance standard. Provide inputs into training plan on regular basis.
8. Issues Work Order sheets with repair/maintenance work procedures
9. Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule
10. Prepares requisitions for spare parts and consumables in planned intervals.
11. Ensures employees are equipped with proper tools for expected tasks to be performed
12. Recognize and celebrate team member accomplishments and exceptional performance


CERINTE

a) Very good technical background. Experience in machinery fitting/steel works/mechanical workshop operations
b) 5 years experience in maintenance section
c) familiar with MS Office applications
d) Good communication skill in English

Leadership-proven ability to lead a team of technicians
Good organizational and interpersonal skill
Ability to motivate a team and to build positive climate within it.
Problem solving ability
