Drafting the quality plan, sample processing for the first time, maturity degree;
Realising the first offer for the purchased parts:
- Content setting and deadline tracking of the suppliers report (according to the project and the requirements of the customer – prescriptions of the checklists);
- Documentation of the results in the relevant IT systems;
- Quality planning with the suppliers;
- Interface to the designer’s group, coordination and purchasing status report;
- Support the purchasing department in choosing the suppliers;
International Material Data System: supporting and clarification of the supplier registration in the first step of the escalation
- Supplier development;
- Supervising of the re-qualification according to OEM when necessary;
- Complaint management in case of escalation at the suppliers;
- Verification planning for the incoming products.
For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the automotive industry we are looking for Supplier Technical Assistance based in Timisoara.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the area of Quality Assurance;
Good knowledge of quality tools ( FMEA, MSR, R&R, 8D-Report);
Relevant knowledge of quality norms ( TS 16949, VDA6.3);
Technical university degree;
High level of written and verbal skills in English.
