Checking incoming components, following control plans and taking into consideration the release of the sample;
Carrying out installation tests, taking into consideration the levels and the production methods, respectively, manual / automatic;
Taking the decision to stop the production line in case negative results are identified during the components’ quality check;
Registration and evaluation of the established error value and inspection value in the SAP system;
Elaboration of the quality stock control;
Informing the relevant parties from the production and quality departments about the established deficiencies;
Elaboration of statistics on the basis of random tests;
Indicating to the relevant parties from the production department the quality criteria that must be considered in the sorting and reconditioning process;
Stopping the defective products, identifying the person responsible and eliminating the defect, even sending out the defective products back to the supplier if necessary;
Calculating the costs generated by complaints and sending reports to the Controlling Department;
Sending to suppliers complaint reports containing the identified quality deviations.
Relevant experience (2-3 years) in a quality position within an automotive working environment is mandatory;
Practical experience in using measurement and control equipment (marking gauge, sliding rule, 3D measurement device);
Good command of English is mandatory, German would be a plus;
