- Supervision, support, special responsible and care of the production equipment
- Support to the operators team
- Responsible for volume and quality in the production of electronic components with the team of operators in according scheduleand targets
- Operation of production steps: paste printing, SMT and THT assembly, soldering, Automatic Optical Inspection, visual inspection, In-Circuit test, temperature test, mechanical Assembly, final test
- Realization with the operators of day to day maintenance, cleaning
- Defect detection
- Analysis of internal reject
- Inputs for activation of corective actions in case of failures
- Handle of Statistic Process Control SPC,
- Inputs for Continuous Improvement Process KVP
- SAP, SPC knowledge
- Ability to work and coach in a team
- Experience in SMT and THT production of electronic components
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position
- English or German language knowledge
