- Builds-up the production in Romania and is part of the relocation project from Germany to Romania;
- Improves the production process and layout;
- Improves the material flow between the processes;
- Is part of FMEA process and drafts the working instructions and the processes;
- Reports directly to the Plant Operations Manager.
- University graduate - Technical Degree in Mechanics;
- Relevant background in manufacturing processes (at least 3 years);
- Relevant background in people coordination is compulsory;
- Fluency in English and/or German;
- Computer literacy - SAP or any other ERP programmes knowledge, MS Office, Internet applications;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Availability for relocation abroad for the training period;
- Training on-the-job and off-the-job;
- Excelent compensation package.
