RESPONSABILITATI

Context of the position:
Within the Global Procurement & Sourcing organisation, the Procurement Process & Systems (PP&S) function aims to drive the global standardization of procurement processes and systems for the global user groups. To this end, one of the responsibilities of the PP&S team is to define, document and deploy (in coordination with IT) those systems and processes globally and to provide user support during and after the implementation phase.


Mission: Act as a subject matter expert in purchasing referential data, processes and tools. Ensure the processes & systems are operational and meet the business needs. A focal point for users in referential related inquires, issue resolutions, and/or training.

Key activities:
• Provide level 2 support to user inquiries regarding referential processes & systems, such as, User Forums, troubleshooting and issue resolutions, escalation as needed, etc.
• Provide user trainings as needed
• Perform system administrative tasks as needed
• Initiate continuous improvement effort, prepare minor enhancement requests, support UAT and user training, and communicate new or enhancement features to user community
• Support quality audit, including SOX compliance & data quality
• Coordinate and/or perform routine data cleansing as needed
• Ensure referential web pages are up to date
• Prepare referential documents as needed, including UAT plan, user training documents, process documents, eLearning, etc.
• Support user communication forums as needed
• Monitor and tracking referential KPIs and prepare KPI reports as needed
• Support referential related projects and/or initiatives as needed, such as, business requirement definitions, UAT plan design, user training, etc.
• Align changes in Processes and Referential systems with data administration teams in P-SSC


CERINTE

Prerequisites for the position:
- Engineering or degree in information systems
- 3-4 years experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or IT application support
- Business analysis and report generation

Profile:
- Good understanding of systems landscapes and procedures
- Project Management
- Experience with Microsoft and Oracle tools, relational databases, SAP
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Strong analytical skills in data analysis and process decomposition & conceptualization
- Good understanding of the business processes supported by the related systems
- A good team players and able to work with people with diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Strong work ethic and willingness to deliver high level of customer service
- Ability to work autonomously in an international context
- Flexibility in terms of working time bandwidth

Languages: fluent English oral and written is mandatory. Any other European language – especially French - is a plus.
