For our Engineering Location Timisoara we search for dynamic and motivated people to join our Safety and Chassis Electronics department.
We provide the automotive industry with a wide range of innovative components and comprehensive system skills in the field of restraint systems and safety electronics. From super-compact to luxury limousine and top-of-the-line sports car, we have been a proven partner for intelligent airbag electronics, highly accurate crash sensors, and innovative occupant sensing systems for over 15 years.
Our compact Airbag Control Units are no longer just simple stand alone devices but complex networking electronic systems constantly receiving data from different subsystems mounted on the outlying area of the car.
As a Student in our Software Test team you will analyze requirements, develop and run testcases for validating and verifying such Airbag Control Unit's software, using specific tools.
The software tests development is based on given specifications, and you will be in contact with the development phases like requirements engineering, software architecture and design, implementation and verification.
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
C/ASM programming language, Basic knowledge of embedded systems
Knowledge about microcontrollers and basic knowledge of electronics
Experience with SW testing environments (oscilloscopes, emulators, databases)
Experience with technical documentation (read & understand), results orientation
