RESPONSABILITATI

For our Production and R&D Locations in Timisoara we search for dynamic and motivated people to join our Purchasing department.

Purchasing ensures the procurement of goods for the Siemens VDO in Timisoara. Purchasing contributes to Siemens VDO's competitiveness by employing the full potential of the best suppliers.

Responsabilities:
- usage of LS database, review of old suppliers evolution
- research for new suppliers on the Internet and starting their evaluation --> presenting conclusions to coordinators
- usage of Purchasing tools: SAP, Modias, intranet tools
- support in sourcing ativities
- send out Requests For Quotation to suppliers and tracking the receival on time

Frequently used tools: MS Outlook, MS Office, SAP, SV Tools
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
