You will first be trained for the application of our software and for customer support. As a result you shall soon be involved in support, modeling, and testing tasks and you may become a contact person in our Support & Service-Team capable of handling and solving our customer’s requests.
After finishing your studies, our relationship does not have to end. As a consultant in our Optimization & Consulting team you would implement our software at local and international customers and prepare demonstration examples. You would work closely with our sales team and support it in pre-sales activities.
With your strong IT background and your knowledge about production and logistics processes you would answer the complex questions of our international customers professionally and help them by creating satisfying solutions. Furthermore you would hold trainings for new or experienced ORion-PI users.
Your profile:
- business, production management or IT oriented studies in the final year or close to this
- desirably appropriate experience in an IT or industrial company
- very good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- very good knowledge of SQL and MS Office
- poise and sovereignty
- very good English language skills (German would be a plus)
