Responsible for setting up and delivering Toluna's recruitment projects within Romanian and German offices. The Staffing Specialist’s main objective is to act as point of liaison for all recruitment requests within the Romanian and German offices, set up the recruitment channels, verify if all headcount approvals are in place, launch the recruitment and perform screening of potential candidates.
The position is also designed as a point of contact for potential spontaneous candidates or staffing agencies and headhunters, with the objective of delivering high quality candidates and maintaining a constant pool of candidates for the company.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in staffing and recruitment;
- Mandatory advanced skills for English language (fluency both in written and in speech);
- Mandatory Human Resources Inspector certificate;
- Advanced skills for German language would be a great advantage;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office package;
- High level of professionalism and integrity;
- Self-motivated;
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines;
- Team oriented, but highly independent for their own projects;
- Very good ability to communicate;
- High level of organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
