Analysis of the current and future requirements of OSSE commodities and Product Lines regarding Low Cost Country sourcing, and benchmark these
Analysis of the market situation and opportunities in the assigned region
Identify suitable suppliers, and in particular develop those in the assigned LCC region
Measure and report LCC advantage in the various commodities and product lines within OSS Europe
Identify cost reduction opportunities for multiple commodities
Support/drive execution of LCC plans
Maximise the European Capex cost avoidance
University Degree, preferably Engineering/Technology or business commercial field
2 years experience in purchasing or production environment
Good quality knowledge; Auditor Certificate will be a plus
Understanding of contract law
Cost analysis and estimation skills
Language skills: English (fluent) and German (advantage)
Strong results orientation, high degree of creativity and independent thinking, negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal and strong facilitation and coaching skills
Availibility to travel, up to 60% of the time
