SW Validation preparation taking into account internal procedures and instructions, and auto-quality process:
- Analyze and approve software specifications
- Write software validation test specifications ensuring best coverage of requirements
- Write tests procedures (Specific test language)
- Suggest tools to simplify and automate the different phases of validation
- Develop tools (Software/hardware) to automate test bench equipment in order to run SW Validations
- Check the conformity of the test environment before validation
SW Validation phase taking into account internal procedures and instructions, and auto-quality process:
- Execute all tests linked to software release
- Generate issues reports, validate the corrections and the modifications
- Manage the different tools, specifications to deliver.
- Organize and participate to meetings (Start, End of validation)
- Respect schedule defined by Software Validation Line Manager

Train new people
Level (diploma) required: Engineer in electronics/computer science
Experience:
- Significant training period for young qualified people or not more than 2/3 work experience in SW development of embedded real-time systems.
- A experience in automotive and/or validation is appreciated
Technical skills required:
- Good knowledge of C, C++, LabView, VB,¿ programming
- Good knowledge of numerical/analog electronics
- Good knowledge of multiplexed protocols (CAN/VAN¿)
- Basics of tools (CANalyser, Rational, DOORS¿)
- Basics of ¿software quality¿ (CMMi, V-cycle¿)
- Good writing ability
Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:
- Ability and diplomacy to work in team
- Efficiency to cope with problems
- Ability to keep a deadline, Reactivity, Autonomy
- Well-motivated to perform current tasks
- Creativity (tools, test coverage)
