Alcatel-Lucent is looking for IST Software Tester Engineer
Do you want a dynamic work in a dynamic multinational?
Do you want to:
• offer support for OMCR multiprojects
• deal with problem reports raised by different clients from different platforms
• install, produce, maintain and manage internal and external software patches
• maintain and create troubleshooting guide documents
• work closely with specification, development and methods teams in a dynamic intercultural environment
Do you have the following knowledge and skills?
• Technical University degree - AC, Informatics, ETC
• UNIX knowledge, including shell scripting, cron scripts, process control, UNIX utilities
• Good knowledge of Telecommunications equipment, TCP/IP interface
• Excellent communication level in English (conversation and written)
• Customer orientated, team spirit, analytical and synthetical person
• Ability to work under challenging environment and time frames, being customer support oriented and a team player
• Oracle Knowledge, Alcatel equipment knowledge
• Knowledge of Sun machines and Sun Architecture
• Advance Unix knowledge (shell scripts, advance UNIX commands)
• Previous experience in preparation for test documentation (test plans, defect reports, test summary reports) test planning is a plus.
