You will be working with the testing & integration team on multinational, complex projects based on real time software for Optical Transmission Systems (SDH, OTH, ETSI, Sonet, IP...).
You will be responsible for:
- study of specification and writing of software Test Plan and Test Specification
- instalation of the new version of the software on the testing network
- running the regression tests
- tracing the errors and reporting them to the involved person
- defining new scripts for the new features implemented in the software
- defining and implementing new tools to improve the process
- ensuring the necessary support to software development and validation teams.
THE JOB IS BASED IN TIMISOARA
- Technical University degree (ETC,AC)
- Experience in software testing
- Unix/Linux Scripting knowledge
- C programming would be a plus
- Perl programming would be a plus
- English - advanced level
- French - would be a plus
- availability for international travel (initial professional training in France).
