You will be working with the testing & integration team on multinational, complex projects based on object oriented software for Optical Transmission Systems (SDH, OTH, ETSI,Sonet, IP, ...)
You will be responsible for:
- Study of specification and writing of software Test Plan and Test Specification
- Instalation of the new version of the software on the testing network
- Running the regression tests
- Tracing the errors and reporting them to the involved person
- Defining new scripts for the new features implemented in the software.
- Defining and implementing new tools to improve the process
- Ensuring the necessary support to software development and validation teams
- Technical University degree (ETC, AC)
- Minimum 2 years proved experience in software testing
- C, Unix Scripting
- C++ programming under Unix would be a plus
- Perl programming would be a plus
- English - advanced level
- French - would be a plus
