Design and write test specifications based on customer requirements and product specifications;
Design and prepare hardware and software test configurations;
Perform functional and integration tests to verify the compliance with customer requirements and product specifications;
Record observed errors and suggest improvements;
Document and report test results;
Reproduce issues reported by customers;
Keep records of tested equipment/software versions and test results history;
Verify fixes and upgrades;
A BS/MS degree in computer science or related technical discipline is preferred;
Significant and relevant experience in testing hardware and software components and customer interactions;
Good computer hardware, communication and networking equipment knowledge;
Good knowledge of installation and configuration of operating systems (Windows), database management systems, networking equipment;
Knowledge of programming languages (C++, C#, Java);
Experience/knowledge with test automation solutions using scripting languages (Python);
Experience with configuration management, bug tracking and reporting and test management systems;
Good analytical and communication skills;
Ability to work effectively independently and as a member of a team in an international environment;
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documentation;
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical information of a complex nature in verbal and written form required;
Good English skills in writing, reading and speaking.
