RESPONSABILITATI

The position is for technical support engineer who will be involved in support and troubleshooting across OSS/BSS applications and environments. Your main responsibilities will be:
• 2nd line support, dealing with problem reports raised by the client within the trouble ticketing system
• Creating and updating ad-hoc UNIX or Perl scripts when required
• Installing, producing, maintaining and managing internal and external software patches
• Implementing configuration changes to the enterprise applications

The position will be available in Timisoara with an innitial training period for several months abroad.


CERINTE

For this job opportunity you need to meet the following requirements:

• Technical University degree - AC, Informatics, ETC
• Solid UNIX knowledge, including shell scripting, cron scripts, process control, UNIX utilities (ssh, grep, awk)
• Solid Perl scripting knowledge
• Oracle 9i, PL/SQL programming skills
• Microsoft Windows Server – system administration tasks
• Previous experience in preparation for test documentation (test scripts, test plans, defect reports, test summary reports) test planning, development of automated test scripts and test execution and recording – is a plus
• Good understanding of web site/enterprise infrastructure technology
• English advanced level– both written and spoken;
• Availability for 24x7 support and work missions abroad.
