Your responsibilities will be to:
Support the definition of the product SW requirements based on customer inputs;
Manage the project team to realize the project objectives (estimate, plan and track the SW development
activities);
Evaluate the necessary roles and define adequate project organization;
Ensure the communication with other disciplines (hardware, mechanical, validation);
Ensure the technical interface with our customers from software perspective;
Handle critical situations that occur during software project development;
Take decisions and assume possible risks when necessary.
Experience as software project manager or similar roles of 2+ years;
Experience as embedded software developer of 2+ years;
Good knowledge in the area of software development processes and quality assurance;
Knowledge of testing environment, tools, process and methods;
Strong interpersonal, planning and organizational skills;
Ability to prioritize and manage pressure;
Good English and German skills in writing, reading and speaking;
