- Analysis of specific customer data compared to generic product
- Elaboration or/and modification of customer documentation
- Elaboration or/and modification of data files
- New files checking by- re-reading data files and specific tests
Customer specific product and documentation build
- Elaboration or/and modification of ¿¿¿operating guide¿¿¿ customer documentation
- Design, implementation and monitoring of software build, including the product testing
- Test and evaluation of product line (workflow and support programs)
- Management of support data base
Customer product management (repository database management)
Generic:
- Application of work methodology according to the Quality-Environment-Health Integrated Management System
- Report to the team leader
- Supply technical assistance in order to identify and correct malfunctions

General competencies
