We are seeking highly motivated, energetic persons with a "can do" attitude who are looking for new challenges to broaden their horizons by working on software applications used worldwide The software developed facilitates the integration of diferrent software applications and equipment systems into a turn-key system according to the customers' requirements.
The position is for a development and integration engineer who would be involved in development and integration of third party OSS applications such as Micromuse Netcool, Axiom Axioss and Axiom IP-VPN etc and Alcatel Developed OSS applications.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Design and development on Java, C++, PL/SQL and other configuration and programming languages
- Integration, testing, documentation of software based on the above 3 Party software
THE JOBS ARE BASED IN TIMISOARA.
- Technical University Degree;
- Experience in Software Design and Development;
- 2-3 years working experience in Java, C++/object oriented programming, Oracle, SQL
- Unix scripting
- Knowledge/Experience of software test and development tools, such as Rational test Manager
- Use of Configuration Management Tools
- English - advanced level - written and spoken
- French, German or Spanish is a plus.
- Availability for frequent and/or long international travel.
