Participate to the development of one or more of the GSM products components.
Position includes architecture design, detailed design and development of the component, testing activities for all the coded components.
The candidate will be part of a team focused on the development of leading-edge signal processing algorithms and corresponding practical implementations for a new HW platform introduction. The position will involve researching robust solutions in a variety of application areas including detection, synchronization, modulation/demodulation of digital signals and speech codec implementation.
THE JOB IS AVAILABLE IN TIMISOARA.
- Computer Science – hardware orientated
- Master the specifications, architecture, hardware platform, C language advanced, iterative process
- DSP architecture knowledge
- Knowledge of areas such as modulation, error control, synchronization, voice coding, and audio processing
- Experience with HW - device drivers, debugging, use of test/measurement equipment.
- Practical experience debugging hardware/firmware interfaces.
- Detailed design and development of the components
- Very good communication level in English (conversation and written)
- Previous use of TI DSP chipsets and associated systems development (Code Composer Studio) is a plus.
- Experience developing hard real-time applications - memory modelling, task communication, multiple processors is a plus.
