Manage, develop, coach, motivate and lead to success the Adecco project team and ensure smooth workflows with Adecco back-office organization and functional support units
- Works closely with client Delivery & Operational Managers
- Reviews high-level deliverables
- Participates & Manages all regular (monthly and quarterly) management business reviews.
- Follow up service delivery metrics (target KPI’s and SLA’s)
- Drive Improvements to the managed service in line with agreed strategy.
- Continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction
- Provide eventual senior level resolution to client issues or expectations
- Follow and ensure achievement of our recruitment plan in terms of quality and delay
- Work closely with country management, International Business Support & Sales team and other business functions and customer globally to develop customer-satisfying service solutions and sustain service leadership position in the industry.
Project accounting & Financials
- Full P&L responsibility for this specific project
- Consolidates and analyzes profitability, revenue, margins, and bill management.
- Manage the forecasted pipeline
- Ensures that each project meets or exceeds budgeted financial objectives, including revenue and margin
- Participate to contract negotiations for new business or contract renewal.
- Manage regular financial/invoicing workflows and processes and act as an interface and resolution point between client and Adecco functional Finance departments.
Communication
- Ensures project management is well informed, at all times, of changes, difficulties and important event in all projects.
- Works closely with operational team
- Works closely with the Delivery team (if applicable)
- Able to build a strong relationships with stakeholders at project level
- Ensure the management (Business Development Manager -Outsourcing Services, Country Manager, Sales Director, IAM) are informed at any time of all difficulties in its projects.
Fluent in English & other language is a plus
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in Services delivery management and/or Project Management in Telco or IT domains
- Experience in management of multi clients projects
- Business and client oriented
- Experience in the management of large organizations (+200 agents) in a managed service environment would be a plus
- ITIL Certified (ideally Foundation as a minimum) would be a plus
