- You will be working in a team in charge with simulators and testing tools development. You will analyse and design new simulators or testing tools according to the user requests. - Our users are developers from software development teams or software test engineers from test and integration teams inside Alcatel-Lucent.
THE JOB IS AVAILABLE IN TIMISOARA.
You will be responsible for:
-study of technical specifications or requests received with impact on simulators and testing tools development
-defining and implementing new features or new testing tools for a better testing of OND software products
-design, development and test of the simulators and testing tools
-writing/updating the testing tool documentation (Design Specification, User Guide)
-ensuring technical support (including presentations) on simulators and testing tools for any problem/issue claimed by team customers
-participating to technical meetings (inside the team or with other teams) on issues regarding new testing tools development or impacts on the existing testing tools whenever is necessary
-following the software development working metodology and contribution to their improvement
- Tehnical University degree (preferable Automatization & Computer Science, Informatics Specialization)
- 1 to 3 years of programming experience
- OO knowledge (design and development)
- C++ programming
- Script languages programming (Perl)
- Script programming in Unix
- Qt knowledge is a plus
- Java programming is a plus
- Q3, TL1, SNMP protocols knowledge is a plus
- Experience with using other testing tools is a plus
- English - advanced level
- French - is a plus
