- Mastership of Java programming language
- Good knowledge of Java platform, DBMS, XML, GUIs
- Creativity
- Very good analysis, critical reasoning and problem solving skills
- English language (high level)
- Very good communication skills (oral, written)
- Previous experience in simulation systems utilization/development or additional foreign languages are appreciated
