- Support the purchased parts planners as well as persons employed in Quality Assurance during the escalation stage, in coordination with the superior, if applicable
- Obtain and evaluate offers, prepare and participate in as well as carry out the follow-up for offer discussions as agreed on with the superior
- Maintain master data as well as handle quality management for the own area of duties in collaboration with the responsible Q functions
- Handle engineering change management and participate in the purchasing tasks of Material Cost Planning
- Prepare contracts relating to the respective area of tasks and formulate the general terms and conditions for purchasing
