- Responsible for Product group P&L; provides different ROI analysis and reports to management;
- Coordinates implementation or transfer of new products starting from the initial planning for manufacturing till to the serial production stage (A sample to D sample) based on costs, quality and time frame requirements;
- Coordinates inter-departmental teams in order to plan the production process, the equipment investment and acquisition, contributing to the achievement of the company business targets;
- Implements customer specific requirements;
- Identifies and initiates continuous improvement activities, focusing on cost efficiency.
- Experience in a similar position within a company active in automotive or electronics industry
- Good knowledge of production processes
- Very good project management skills
- Technical University degree is mandatory;
- Very good command of English, German knowledge represents a significant advantage;
- Self-confident and responsible;
- Very good communication skills.
