We are looking for an experienced test engineer who works well in a team, in a multi disciplined and culturally diverse organization. Can multi-task, can make effective decisions and has excellent verbal and written communication skills and is self motivated, quick learner and innovative.
Key Responsibilities:
•Development of Test Strategies for Functional and System Level Tests
•Develop, document, verify and test solutions for WLS products
•Automate test environment and validate with R&D
•Change management and interface to international production locations
•Coordinate and interface with SW and HW teams and support R&D & Production test instances
•Contribute to validation and qualification on board, module or system-level
•Analyze Quality issues, performing RCAs to assist with difficult debug issues, setup new test stations and deliver test solutions, provide training to Mfg teams
•Introduce test solutions for new product introduction, ensuring that quality, cost and delivery targets are met through test optimizations, cost reductions and yields and quality metric improvements.
•Optimize test solution
•Manage his own test solution project
Working Environment:
Normal indoor office or lab environment with ability to travel
Physical Requirements:
Normal physical effort required of typical office or lab work.
Required
•Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Engineering
•Min. 3 - 5 years experience with both Functional and System level manufacturing test development.
•Excellent RF skills are essential
•Knowledge of graphical test development tool like LABVIEW and test sequencer TESTSTAND are required
•Good understanding of Supply Chain processes
•Team Player and strong interaction with analog and digital hardware test teams
•Good English in writing and speaking
•Experienced in analyzing hardware failures and data collection to troubleshoot failures in Manufacturing
•Willingness for International travels
Desired
•Experienced in the use of Data Collection tools and PDM tools like Agile
•Good negotiation skills
•Good understanding of Supply Chain Processes
