The main tasks will be:
- Understanding of the functionality of complex automotive electronics;
- Execution of environmental and durability tests with
high quality;
- Analysis of customer demands and system specification;
- Implementation of test instructions for the testing of system-requirements with state-of-the-art equipment;
- Installation of test benches, test planning, test strategy;
- Strong analysis ability in discovering the source of failure and suggestions for improvement;
- Evaluation, Interpretation, and Documentation of test results;
- Presentation of test results and findings to the development team;
- Design of test hardware and software;
- If necessary, test support on site with the customer.
- University degree in a technical specialization;
- Knowledge of environmental and durability testing;
- Understanding of various mechanical/electrical
properties in order to test properly
- Experience in the handling of oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, etc.
- Knowledge of testing concepts and test software design;
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent English language skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Willingness to attend job training in Germany;
- Knowledge in special functional areas e.g.:
*Electrical networks and protocols communication (automotive interfaces, e.g. CAN, LIN at least basic knowledge of automotive network-systems functionality);
*Embedded systems and networks;
*Hardware/software interfaces;
*Automotive electronics and functionalities
MS-Office tools, requirements and version management
tools (e.g. Doors, MKS) is a plus;
- Microprocessors and Microcontrollers - basic knowledge;
