Java Requirements:
• strong understanding of object oriented concepts
• good understanding of Java Collections
• good knowledge of Java 7.0 language features
• good knowledge of Java Concurrent Framework
• good knowledge on java internal mechanism(jvm, garbage collection, object references)
• strong understanding of threads in java and its native synchronization mechanism
• good knowledge of standard design patterns
• involvement in analysis and documentation processes
