Who are you?
Required Qualification & Working Experience:

• Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Engineering
• 4 years’ experience preferably in an audit firm
• Sarbanes-Oxley experience is a plus
• Excellent skills in report writing and communication
• Team player
• Mobile and internationally-minded
• Fluent in English – French is a plus
• Extensive traveling in Europe, Africa & Middle East is expected

Corporate Audit Services (CAS) is a corporate team (around 80 people worldwide) based in 3 regions (Europe, Americas and Asia Pacific).
CAS role is to :
• provide Alcatel-Lucent with value added services by assessing the risks associated with the Company’s strategic, operational and financial objectives
• partner with the organization to understand the internal control environment, risks, and risk mitigation activities
• develop and execute an audit plan that assesses these risks
• provide a systematic, disciplined approach in evaluating and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of risks management, control and governance processes.

• Under the responsibility of the Regional Audit Director for Europe and AME, and in cooperation with your colleagues from Paris or Antwerp, you will be in charge of carrying out operational audits in our international subsidiaries as well as participating in the Sarbanes-Oxley and Anti-Corruption programs.

What you will do:
• Project Management reviews (including a full review of the contract)
• Complete review of an international subsidiary
• Operational process reviews (supply chain, HR, product life cycle…)
• Accounting process reviews (revenue recognition, software capitalization…)
• New processes post implementation reviews
• Testing of the Sarbanes Oxley controls
• Participation to the anti fraud & corruption audits
