1. Performing the processing activities by using the applications of office automation and specialized software;
2. Tax and statutory reports to Romanian authorities
3. Financial analyses, budgets and estimates, cash flow planning
4. Using the consolidated methodology, respecting the standard rules and procedures from the competence area;
5. Ensuring reaching goals of the assigned objectives;
6. Collaborating with the team;
7. Guaranteeing discretion and confidentiality in the preparation of the documents and current activity.
8. Other activities related to company s financials.
1. Basic Accounting Knowledge- Debit & Credit, Types of Accounts and their accounting rules, Provision creation and accounting of expenses based on provisions created, Accounting for Taxes etc.
2. Cash & Banking Knowledge -Rules and regulations relating to General and Corporate Banking in Romania, like Current Account Operation, Bank Transfers and Currency Conversions. Handling of Cash within Tax guidelines fixing various limits for cash expenses.
3. Statutory Compliance - Basic knowledge of applicable tax laws / compliances which need to be adhered to. Registrations with various Tax Departments whichever applicable, Forms for deposit of Tax, Filing of Tax Returns etc.
4. Reporting -Working knowledge of Excel and PPT, GL Analysis, Preparation of Schedules and MIS reports as required.
5. Payments - Handling all employee and vendor claims and their verification as per the standards laid out including providing resolution to any queries which they might be having in those claims.
6. Payroll - Knowledge of payroll and attendance rules and regulations.
