General purpose of job: Part of a Global Team in charge of Level 2 and Level 3 support of Flextronics Exchange Infrastructure
Main Responsibilities:
- Support Exchange Infrastructure worldwide
- Problems root cause analysis
- Performs weekly, monthly and quarterly Exchange maintenance tasks (Patching, Capacity Planning Reports, Checklists, etc)
1. Education:
- Bachelor Degree
- MS Certifications desired but not mandatory
2. Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience supporting Exchange
3. Skills/Abilities:
- Good communications skills are required
- Exchange 2003
- Optional other Exchange versions (5.5, 2000, or 2007)
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
