Responsibilities:
- Responsible for activity in Financial department (registration in the accounting of suppliers invoices, recording of the bank statements, bookkeeping of the foreign customers, bookkeeping and follow up of intra-community credit notes, comparing the list of invoices issued by the foreign suppliers with their related accounting records, checking the correctness of the value of the stocks from the goods administration system compared with the accounts of stocks from the accounting, verifying the correctness of drawing out the monthly journal of external procurement);
- Participates at daily financial-accounting activities;
- Verifies documents to be recorded in the accounts, ensuring preventive financial control, in accordance with legislation and internal procedures of the Company;
- Participation in auditing the company by providing required information to auditor;
- Assisting Financial Manager/ Chief Accountant in preparation of the Group reporting (drawing out required reports);
- Assisting Financial Manager/ Chief Accountant at the presentation for Romanian Finance Authority controllers of Company registration regarding bookkeeping activity.
Requirements:
- University degree in Economics (Finance/Accountancy);
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial / accounting activities;
- Deep knowledge in finance accounting legislation;
- Objectives achievement orientated;
- Be able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Possess strong ability for multitasking;
- Proficiency in English.
