-Contacts assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell company services within a designated geographic territory or by type of customers. Focuses on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationship and troubleshooting specific customer problems
-Sells and stimulates demand for company services with existing and new customers in a given geographic area in order to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives in line with sales targets of the department;
-Searches for, identifies and develops leads from lists, publications and given information to increase market share in the territory
-Follows the market and competition evolution and transmits information to his superior
-Negotiates the terms and conditions with the customers and based on the customer's needs prepare the contracts
-Ensures that all services & products are professionally introduced
Travels trough the assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers;
-Participates in sales meetings to obtain information on sales objectives, promotional actions, new product/services, etc.
-Minimum 3-5 years relevant sales experience, preferable in Mobile Telephony, Insurance, FMCG area, in a multinational company
-Fluency in Romanian and English -Driving licence (B)
-PC (Word, Excel, Power Point)
-Decisiveness, analytical thinking, self management , accountability, tenacity, excellent communication & organizational skills;
-Good interpersonal skills
