Main tasks and responsibilities:
¿ Responsible for the development and implementation of the Retail Department projects
¿ Managing the development projects of shopping galleries and retail centers.
¿ Understanding the shopping galleries and centers development vision
¿ Designing the shopping centers commercial construction strategy, and finding the most suitable retail companies to match with this strategy
¿ Constantly monitoring the retail market and the retail operators
¿ Managing relations with retail chain customers
¿ Extensive and constant development of the company¿s existent retail network
¿ Contributing to the increasing of the company¿s Retail Department business and turnover
Main requirements:?
University degree
¿ 3-5 years of professional experience in retail sector combined with the ability to work in a consulting environment?
¿ Previous experience in developing relationships with retail chains and knowledge of retail structures
¿ Capability to identify, address and capitalize business opportunities
¿ Both individual and team work capacity
¿ Responsible, dynamic, flexible, solution oriented, proactive attitude
¿ Strong communication and negotiation skills
¿ Decision-making and problem solving capacity
¿ Fluency in English (both communicational and written)
¿ Available for traveling
¿ PC and Microsoft Office tools knowledge
