RESPONSABILITATI

- Providing general administrative and secretarial office duties, including: correspondence, translation and typing business documents in / from English, presentations; filing; expense reports; answering and transferring the telephone calls; sending faxes;
- Organizing travel arrangements for incoming visitors and company employees (ticketing, hotel accommodation, taxi, visas, etc.), appointments, meetings and events
- Providing administrative support for Human Resources department in day-to-day activities (recruitment, medical supplies ordering, daily attendance, etc.)
- Providing back-up for receptionist secretary on vacation according to the office procedures


CERINTE

- University studies graduated
- Minimum 2 years of previous similar experience, preferably within a multinational company
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point
- Good interpersonal communication and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels;
- Well organized, accurate, pro-active, self-starter, flexible, problem-solver
- Professional appearance
