-primire, distribuire, expediere corespondenta;
-registrul de evidenta intrari-iesiri documente; *rezolvare probleme adminstrative;
-facilitarea comunicarii intre notar si clientii biroului;
- Sarcini de asistent notarial:
-relatia cu clientii curenti;
-pregatirea contractelor pentru clienti vechi sau noi;
-corespondenta cu clientii;
-evidenta ofertelor si a stadiului lor;
-evidenta contractelor;
-prezentari scrise catre potentiali clienti.
- Studii superioare, preferabil Facultatea de Drept
- Experienta de min. 2 ani in munca de secretariat
- Limbi straine: engleza avansat, germana si iatliana un avantaj
- Cunostinte foarte bune de Word, Excel, Power Point
- Permis categoria B - avantaj
- Mediu de lucru modern
