1. Updating to the Romanian law system and to the company needs of the following modules from SAP Human Resources (SAP-HR): Payroll, Personnel Management, Time Management, Organizational Management;
2. Analyzing and optimizing of the Human Resources processes;
3. Customizing the reports for Human Resources Department;
4. Providing support for the new projects:
- Implementation of the SAP-HR in other Hella companies (from Romania and countries from eastern Europe);
- Implementation of the new versions of SAP-HR.
- University degree;
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in SAP-HR is mandatory;
- Good knowledge about the Romanian labour legislation and about payroll;
- Very good English knowledge;
- Well-structured working;
- Communication skills.
