- Manages the customer¿¿¿s demand: loading it into the ERP system and analyzing forecast variations;
- Acts like the company¿¿¿s representative in front of the customer;
- Responsible for the commitments to the customer on finished goods deliveries;
- Transfers the forecasted figures into build plans and follow up with production team to make sure all commitments made to the customer are met;
- Sets ERP planning parameters in order to meet customer requirements with the lowest possible level of inventory;
- Responsible for closing the logistics claims.
- 2 years of experience in a similar position in a production company, preferably automotive;
- Fluent English;
- ERP knowledge mandatory, SAP knowledge is an important advantage;
- German language is also an important advantage.
