RESPONSABILITATI

Role: to find new clients for Lingo24¿s translation services.
- Research potential client companies through the internet to compile lists of companies we ¿suspect¿ of having translation requirements (suspects);
- Decide on likely appropriate message;
- Make contact by telephone and email with potential customers, identify key decision makers in companies with regular work (they should have at least ¿25k of translation work per annum).(once we know they have a requirement they are ¿qualified prospects¿);
- Lead contacts through the sales cycle for translation services;
- Persuade contact that they should consider Lingo24;
- Agree process of assessment with contact;
- Arrange test translation and quotation, as necessary;
- Work with Project manager to complete this work and close an order from contact;
- Work with Project Manager or Relationship Manager to complete this work and close an order from contact, perhaps providing contact with further information or arranging a meeting;
- Maintain relationship with contact over time and develop further business from account.


CERINTE

- Excellent English, both written and spoken;
- Additional language ¿ German - a plus/bonus;
- Proven Internet research and computer skills;
- Three years¿ experience in sales;
- Excellent charismatic communicator, very disciplined, persistent, organised, with initiative but practical, intelligent and not pushy, capable of working independently without day-to-day supervision.

Notes: Work schedule, test period, performance indicators:
- Full-time job between 10:30 am to 7 pm.
- Performance will be measured according to sales generated by activity (which will be fully tracked).
- Probationary period of three months.
- Candidates must give examples of successful B2B campaigns they had co-ordinated in the past including the return on investment for the company.
