Due to our company growth we are looking for a new colleague in Sales department who will sale power steering lines to the most important car manufacturers. Please find bellow a summary of his/her responsibilities:
Customer contact for all new products requirements (power steering lines), until customer Initial Sample (IS) release, for following items: prices, delivery time, planning, packaging for prototype, pre-serial and IS parts.
Manage customer Request For Quotation (RFQ) until price offer is made. Provide RFQ details to involved departments (Mechanical Design, Industrial Engineering, Purchasing and Controlling) and collect information for cost calculation.
Prepare offer under Head of sales control.
Launch prototype orders according to customers request and follow/organize deliveries.
Responsible to obtain commercial contracts for new customers/new projects with support of Key Account and local Sales management.
Check/work on daily base on customer platform when existing (prices, tools).
Responsible to validate prices on customer orders according to offers made. Maintain sales prices in SAP accordingly. Responsible to operate debit/credit note associated to price difference and to provide information to Head of sales for accrual building.
Coordinate Change Management activities (introduction of new or modified parts on existing platform).
Manage key dates with customer (using MS Project, customer platform).
Studies: Technical University Degree.
Experience in automotive customer contact (sales or project management).
PC knowledge (MS Office), SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Advanced speaker of English and French.
