Job description and responsibilities:
- Reaching the set group sales targets and own sales target
- Hiring, training, coaching and motivating a growing team of sales professionals
- Effectively manage the team and its performance
- Monitor daily call activity and report to International Sales Manager
- Develop, implement and communicate sales strategies and action plans
- Identify and solve own team and client concerns, balancing their needs with the needs of the company


CERINTE

- Experience in sales is a must (experience in sales over the telephone represents a competitive advantage)
- Ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-effectiveness skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, positive and result-oriented attitude
- Fluently English is a must
