RESPONSABILITATI

Welcoming clients in a polite and friendly manner
Providing customers with up-to-date information about products, prices, and availability
Providing customers with accurate information about all the services offered by the company
Providing customers with complete and accurate information about financial (credit-related) and contractual aspects pertaining to the acquisition of a vehicle
Treating all potential customers equally and offering them due attention regardless of the contact method (face-to-face, by phone or e-mail)
Updating the client data-base with all the relevant information, after every discussion with a customer
If all of the above are met, selling new vehicles to customers
In the meantime, respecting company policy, quality standards and internal working procedures


CERINTE

University degree
At least 3 years experience in vehicle sales
Thorough knowledge of common PC applications (MS Office, MS Outlook)
Sound knowledge of written and spoken English (candidates should apply with CV and cover letter in English)
Driving license (B category)
Good communications skills (both written and spoken)
Seriousness, punctuality and attention to details
Commitment to assigned tasks and respect for deadlines
Team player with spirit of initiative and a passion for cars
Good negotiating and vending skills
